All Economic Impact Payments — also known as stimulus payments — that were directly sent to VyStar from the IRS have been posted to member accounts as of Dec. 31. However, due to an IRS error, some stimulus payments were sent to third-party tax preparers (i.e., TurboTax, H&R Block), resulting in eligible members not receiving stimulus funds.
If you have not received your payment and believe you are eligible, it may still be on the way. Several tax preparers have begun rerouting stimulus payments to consumer accounts, and the IRS is currently resending payments via direct deposit or check for those that were not rerouted. VyStar will post all stimulus payments to member accounts as they are received.
Unfortunately, VyStar does not have any additional information about such payments. However, here are some actions you can take if you don’t receive payment and believe you are eligible:
The IRS is the only organization that can answer questions related to your specific stimulus payment. However, we will continue to provide updates as they become available. For additional information, please visit www.irs.gov.
No action is required from most people, including those who electronically file tax returns or receive Social Security payments.
Stimulus payments are being automatically posted to member accounts as we receive them from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Unfortunately, VyStar does not have any information regarding missing payments, as we simply process the payments provided to us by the IRS.
Please note that these payments are being sent by the IRS in batches over the coming weeks, and not all members will receive their funds at the same time.
Because the IRS is sending payments in batches, your payment may be part of a later group. Please check IRS.gov for updates on the status of your payment.
Social Security and Railroad Retirement recipients who are not typically required to file a tax return do not need to take action. The IRS will use information on the Form SSA-1099 to issue Economic Impact Payments.
Payments could be distributed as early as January, but please visit www.irs.gov for updates. Checks can be verified at tcva.fiscal.treasury.gov.
