Eric Hatfield

Over 41 years working as an Accountant and as a credit union member. Served on two credit union Boards for 11+ years and various committees in those credit unions. Currently serving as Chairman at VyStar.

George R. Berry

Served on VyStar Board of Directors for 35 years in the capacity of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and member. Earned designation of Certified Credit Union Director (CCD), having completed the CUES Directors Leadership Institute at the London Business School. Studied credit unions extensively in the Volunteer Achievement Program. I retired from NADEP Jacksonville and retired as a CWO4 (Personnel) USCGR.  I have an AA Degree from Florida Community College.

P. Kem Siddons

Siddons, a retired naval officer and 22-year resident of Jacksonville, has served VyStar as a Director for 16+ years on numerous committees and most recently as Vice Chairman.  Formal education includes a BS in Accounting and master’s degrees in Information Technology and Instructional Systems.  Siddons is active in the community with VyStar and as Treasurer of his church.

William C. Vivian

Captain William Vivian is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and a naval aviator with 30 years’ active duty in the Navy. Currently, Mr. Vivian is the Secretary of the VyStar Board of Directors. Mr. Vivian and his wife Linda reside in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Jonathan Hogan

Member of VyStar’s Audit Committee with insight into operations and related controls. Credit Union National Association training includes: Board of Director evaluation, asset/liability management, financial reporting; live training in Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act.  Experienced audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers serving banking clients. Work experience with two banks including positions in lending, credit analysis, teller operations and collections. Currently the CFO and Treasurer of four companies owned by GuideWell/Florida Blue.

Jennifer A. Lusk

Jennifer Lusk has served on the Board since November 2017. She has worked in audit for over 13 years at Landstar System, Inc., utilizing her prior experience in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, risk management and process improvement. Her role as Director of Internal Audit includes oversight of SOX, IT and operational auditing as well as oversight of Landstar’s Enterprise Risk Management program. Jennifer also currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Northeast Florida Institute of Internal Auditors and serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum.

Larry D. Myers

It has been an honor and privilege to serve the VyStar membership 37 years, including 2 as Chairman & 3 as Vice Chairman. MS Financial Management, MA Human Resources Management, Registered Professional Engineer, Former City Manager Orange Park & Fernandina Beach, County Manager Ware & Nassau Counties, Legislative Aide. US Navy 24 years’ active duty, Vietnam Veteran.

Dr. Susan M. Ruffin

Dr. Ruffin is a former College Administrator, College Professor and High School Business Teacher. She currently serves on several Boards and Civic Organizations. She is married to a retired Navy Captain. They have two adult children and three grandchildren.

Diane Fears

Senior environmental scientist and Navy Program Manager for environmental consulting firm. Retired DoD civilian environmental scientist. Served 10 years active duty Navy and 14 years in Naval Reserves, retiring as Master Chief (E-9). Formal education includes Bachelor of Science, Occupational Health and Safety; Master of Science, Operations Management; and Master of Science, Soil and Water Science with minor in Environmental Engineering Science. Active in the Jacksonville Real Estate Investors' Association and in church community.
