If we determine that a member or employee with COVID-19 has been in one of our branches, we will take immediate action by closing the branch lobby and having all employees at that branch tested. Because it is important that we respond quickly, we may be unable to provide prior notice of a closure in some instances. However, our drive-thru service will remain available in most cases.
We will reopen the branch lobby once we are confident it has been thoroughly sanitized and we have secured enough staff from our other branch locations. Employees who test positive for COVID-19 are not allowed to return to work until they have a negative test result.

Most branch lobbies and drive-thru lanes are open for all transactions. We will continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines by limiting the number of visitors allowed in a branch at any one time. Even though appointments are not required to visit the branch lobby, we encourage you to continue to utilize our drive-thru and ATM options. As always, you have 24-hour access to your accounts through Internet & Mobile Banking and surcharge-free ATMs.
